Bill has served at Hot Springs Baptist Church since 1999 as Building Director. Married to Carol Kagel. They have two daughters. Kayla Riley (Landon), grandson Brooks and daughter Kati Young (Randy). Debbie Beasley serves as Discipleship and Ministry Assistant.  She served as Preschool Director at HSBC from 2011-2020.  A native of Beaumont, TX she has lived in many of the southern states while doing ministry.   She received her BA in Christian Education/Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
